Cost Segregation Studies

 

Cost segregation studies allow investors to reduce income taxes, while increasing cash flows generated from the business.

Cost segregation studies marry the science of engineering with the principles of income tax accounting that result in increased cash flow, minimized income tax payments and maximizes return on investment. Cloud Peak Accounting works with an engineering firm that analyzes IRS guidelines to maximize deductions which are often overlooked by income tax preparers.  The Internal Revenue Service recognizes the income tax savings associated with cost segregation studies.  The Internal Revenue Service calls the approach utilized by Cloud Peak Accounting as the “detailed engineering approach”.
